Villa Calamosche
Villa Calamosche is located at the entrance to the splendid Calamosche bay, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, between the archaeological remains of Eloro and the wildlife oasis of Vendicari. An essential stop for lovers of unspoiled maritime landscapes and outdoor life.

Staying at Villa Calamosche is a unique experience to take advantage of a small corner of paradise, a short distance from the pristine beaches of the Vendicari reserve, first of all Calamosche: a bay of soft golden sand, lapped by a crystalline blue sea.

The villa surrounded by a large garden and a vast citrus grove that stretches as far as the eye can see, thanks to its external veranda equipped with a comfortable relaxation area, allows you to have all the space you need to dine outdoors or simply relax during the cool summer evenings.
Structure
The house consists of two independent apartments, each of which consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen and a complete bathroom (one for each apartment), a washing machine, an external veranda and a shared roof terrace.
The common area and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, but the temperature of the area, mitigated in the evening by the cool air and the surrounding green spaces, allows the possibility of doing without it.

We offer our guests: a personal parking space and the possibility of using the barbecue and umbrellas for free.
​
The external veranda, ideal for relaxing after an afternoon at the beach, is equipped with deck chairs and a large table for al fresco dining while enjoying a splendid starry sky, far from the noise of the city.

Villa Calamosche is the ideal destination for lovers of the sea and the pristine coasts of south-eastern Sicily. Located at the entrance to the famous Calamosche beach, a small bay of rare beauty, which represents the emblem of nature taking its course.
Only one km away is the entrance to the Vendicari reserve, where it is possible to go on excursions to visit the tuna fishery, the salt pans, and birdwatching. But whether you love lying in the sun or venturing out in search of hard-to-reach corners of the sea, Vendicari offers more than 7 km of sandy coast and rocky inlets. You just have to choose between: Eloro surrounded by very fine golden sand and archaeological remains, Marianelli isolated and wild, San Lorenzo characterized by large beaches with bathing beaches equipped with all comforts and small hidden and fascinating coves.
A few km away it is possible to visit the Isola delle Correnti, a meeting point between the Mediterranean Sea and the Ionian Sea, a popular destination for windsurfers. Noto is just 4 km away, where it is possible to admire its "Giardino di Pietra", a historic center in the late Sicilian Baroque style.

Marzamemi a charming fishing village currently enhanced by modern pubs and clubs, and Pachino, just 10 km away, are obligatory destinations for those who love good food, wine and nightlife. The area is also full of vineyards and cellars where you can enjoy tastings, even without booking.

The villa is located in Calabernardo, a small seaside village of Noto. Between golden beaches and crystal clear waters, it is a true paradise for lovers of the sea, art and relaxation. The ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays to discover all the treasures of south-eastern Sicily.

Villa Calabernardo is located between a splendid and characteristic cliff overlooking the sea, and a free beach of very fine golden sand. A few kilometers away from the seaside village of Lido di Noto, where you can find beaches served by any comfort for your days at the beach.

In the characteristic Calabernardo village, during your stay in Sicily, you can take advantage of: a solarium, a bar open from morning to evening with a beautiful sea view and a restaurant.
Structure
The Villa consists of two adjacent apartments structured on two levels: on the upper floor two bedrooms, one double, one triple, for a total of five beds and a complete bathroom with shower; downstairs a large living room with double sofa bed and a fully furnished kitchen, plus services.
Both inside and outside, the villa is equipped with many comforts: a large relaxation area equipped with barbecue, LCD televisions, air conditioning, free wifi, and two comfortable outdoor showers to use, for example, when returning from the sea .

We make available to our guests: a personal car park, with its own entrance, front, side and rear external veranda, enclosed outdoor showers, washing machine, drying rack, and the possibility of using the barbecue and umbrellas for free from the beach.

The large garden and veranda with gazebo are ideal for dining al fresco or simply relaxing and enjoying the cool air during the summer evenings under an enchanting starry sky.

Villa Calabernardo is located two kilometers from the Noto motorway junction, in an optimal position for those who want to visit the Val di Noto.

The beaches of the south-eastern coast represent Sicily's flagship from a naturalistic point of view. Lido di Noto, Calabernardo, Calamosche, the Oasis of Vendicari, the seaside area of San Lorenzo, are the ideal and indispensable destinations for lovers of nature, wide horizons and breathtaking views, crystal clear waters, parks and reserves. Giving the possibility to choose between very fine golden sand and cliffs with crystal clear waters, where to shelter on the windiest days.

To these real natural paradises are added the architectural beauties of the Val Di Noto: Ragusa Ibla – Modica – Scicli – Noto, UNESCO sites since 2002.
