Sicilian in Jazz 2026: Three evenings of jazz and wine in the Val di Noto

Jazz meets the wineries of South-Eastern Sicily with Sicilian in Jazz 2026, a first preview of the Jazz & Wine Experience, an itinerant event dedicated to music, wine and the territories of the Val di Noto.

The project brings together Sicilian and national jazz artists connected to the island’s jazz tradition, under the artistic direction of Giuseppe Mandalari.

Three evenings designed to experience wine in the places where it is produced, accompanied by jazz music and the landscape of the Val di Noto.

Jazz, wineries and local identity

The Jazz & Wine Experience highlights the connection between musical culture and wine culture. Wineries become places for listening, meeting and discovery, offering a journey through the productions, landscapes and identity of South-Eastern Sicily.

The collaboration with Strade del Vino del Val di Noto strengthens the territorial character of the event, conceived not only as a music programme but also as an experience linked to wine tourism and local culture.

Sicilian in Jazz and International Jazz Day

Sicilian in Jazz has always been part of the International Jazz Day network, an initiative connected to UNESCO and dedicated to jazz as a universal language of dialogue and culture.

With this new preview, the festival confirms its role in promoting jazz in Sicily, bringing it into symbolic places of the territory.
